Organizing A Wedding Reception Line ...

Traditionally, receiving lines are an organized way for the bride and groom to greet guests. For a large wedding of 75 guests or more, a receiving line may be the best way to ensure all your guests are welcomed.

Your receiving line can have just the bride and groom and their parents. It can also include the best man and maid of honor. Either choice is perfectly acceptable.

Another choice for the receiving line is to have the line after the ceremony or upon arrival at the reception. Take into account the venues and how you want the day's schedule to flow when deciding.

The receiving line is a wonderful way to introduce and greet guests. Be sure to enjoy it.

We'll be happy to capture images from your line and your guests as they are greeted by your wedding party.
